Stockport Green

Stockport MBC's annual Environment Fair was a success, as usual, despite England playing Denmark in the World Cup! However, it has to be said that, unfortunately there were a few less stalls (shame on the Environment Agency for pulling out!) and a few less punters. But there was still plenty of groups and activities for new and experienced Greens alike. Surely if Stockport council can put on a useful event as this every year, then others (particularly Manchester with its boasting about how green it is) can do likewise?
